Truist seeks a senior leader to head the Marketing & Communications risk governance team, establishing the risk management framework and overseeing governance routines. You will lead risk identification, escalation, and operational execution priorities across the organization.

Partner with Marketing & Communications leaders to embed enterprise risk requirements in business activity, monitor indicators, and coordinate governance reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, risk management, operations management, or public administration.
• 10+ years of experience in governance, operational risk, program management, or related areas.
• Experience supporting governance programs, business planning, or enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of governance processes and business execution requirements.

• Support leaders in identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks.
• Oversee governance routines, reporting, issue management, and escalations.
