Truist seeks a senior leader to head the Marketing & Communications risk governance team and establish the risk management framework across the organization. You will guide risk identification, assessment, and issue management while embedding enterprise risk requirements into business activities.

In this regular, full-time role, you will oversee governance routines, reporting, and escalation, partner with leaders and controls functions, and drive action plans to strengthen risk practices

Competenze

• Bachelor’s-level degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in business operations, governance, or risk-related roles.
• Experience supporting governance programs and enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of governance processes and business execution requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate across business units and support functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing governance reporting and metrics.
