Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical, connected hardware. You will help establish architecture, standards, and drive hardware objectives across the full lifecycle.

You will work on schematics, layout, RF coexistence, mechanical integration, and debugging, with travel up to 50% and a hybrid onsite role in Scottsdale, AZ or other hubs. A bachelor’s in EE and 7+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded electronics design experience.
• Experience with PCB design, RF integration and coexistence.
• Experience bringing electronics from concept to mass production.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards for hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development and validation of complex electrical systems.
• Lead hardware lifecycle from concept to mass production.
• Design schematic and PCB layout across processors, RF, power, and interfaces.
• Bring up, characterize and debug hardware with test equipment.
• Provide technical leadership to the hardware team and partners.
