Axon in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical, connected hardware. You will lead across schematics design, RF coexistence, mechanical integration, and hardware bring-up in a fast-paced environment.

As a founding member of our hardware team, you will set technical architecture, drive hardware objectives to completion, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded electronics design experience with high-density hardware.
• PCB design, RF integration, mechanical integration, and hardware bring-up for highly integrated devices.
• Experience with embedded subsystems and high-speed interfaces.
• Proven track record from concept through schematic and PCB design to mass production.
• Strong RF coexistence and EMI/Power integrity knowledge.
• Hands-on with Cadence tools and RF test equipment.
• Experience designing for US/international hardware standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems.
• Lead schematics design, RF integration, and mechanical integration for hardware.
• Bring up, characterize, and troubleshoot hardware using test equipment.
• Drive production readiness, BOMs, documentation, and certification.
• Provide technical leadership to the hardware team and partners.
