Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Senior RF Test Systems Engineer to join the STaRS Test Automation team onsite in McKinney, TX. This role supports surveillance and tactical radar test systems and requires active DoD Secret clearance.

You will troubleshoot, analyze data, and drive independent progress while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-cost delivery of complex test equipment and software for production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in STEM required.
• Minimum five years in Automation Test Equipment/ATE/UUT test systems.
• Experience in hardware and test software development, integration, validation and maintenance in production environments.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with test personnel, electrical, software, and mechanical members.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and drive toward goals.
