Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX is seeking an onsite Senior Range RF Test Systems Engineer to join the Test Equipment Engineering directorate. You will design, integrate, and validate antenna test range hardware and software for production programs, working hands-on in a lab and production environment.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, proficiency in test software (C#, C/C++, MATLAB, CVI), and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required, with 5+ years of related experience; advanced degree acceptable with 3+ years.
• Experience developing and deploying test software in C#, C/C++, MATLAB, CVI with code-review tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test software solutions for production testing.
• Implement system software engineering best practices for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead design activities with engineering process discipline and communication in design reviews.
• Provide hands-on support for product testing in an engineering test environment.
• Mentor other engineers and share knowledge.
• Support RF Technologies department goals.
