Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department in North Texas. The role focuses on integrating hardware and software, developing test plans, debugging functions, and verifying system requirements for final customer sell-off. Onsite in McKinney, TX.

You will collaborate across disciplines to implement MBSE and Agile product development, supporting radar/EW programs across the lifecycle with lab and field testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• U.S. citizenship and active, transferable Secret security clearance required.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support radar or electronic warfare programs with requirements development, engineering testing, integration and flight-testing.
• Assist production, system deployment and post deployment support across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate across disciplines to implement MBSE-based and Agile development solutions.
