Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX is seeking a full-time RF Test Systems Engineer 1 onsite to support STaRS Test Automation.

The Test Automation Department designs and develops test equipment and software for production, collaborating with RF modules, CCAs, antennas, and power/subsystems. The role requires a STEM degree and up to 2 years of related experience, with eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree.
• Less than 2 years of experience in Automation Test Equipment/ATE/UUT test systems engineering or equivalent.
• Experience communicating effectively within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting of test equipment, circuit boards, cables, etc.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deploy test solutions that meet technical and production test needs.
• Support lead test development engineer in the design, integration, verification, and validation of production test solutions for RF modules, RF CCAs, antenna subassemblies and power/subsystems.
• Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate tasks with functional organizations to ensure alignment with project objectives.
