Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is hiring a Senior RF Manufacturing Test Engineer within the EW team. You will own production test flow, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and push automation to improve throughput and data analytics.

You will collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing, generate test instructions, and sustain test systems across the value stream to ship high-quality defense hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with PCBA testing standards and lab equipment.
• Ability to obtain US DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensure test flow.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues found during testing.
• Improve automation, throughput, and test coverage across the value stream.
• Develop and train technicians on MES equipment and SOPs.
• Analyze test data and report defects with recommended improvements.
• Collaborate with Design/Quality/Manufacturing for root-cause actions.
