Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the EW Manufacturing team, focused on testing aerospace-grade systems to stringent standards and hitting throughput targets. You will troubleshoot complex electrical issues, build robust test processes, and optimize automation and data analytics to ship high-quality hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with PCBA testing and testing of electronic assemblies.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensure production test flow; provide hands-on troubleshooting.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system to component level.
• Improve and sustain test systems to enhance automation, consistency, and coverage.
• Create test work instructions for MES and train technicians on equipment use.
• Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
