Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Senior RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the EW Manufacturing team. You will own production test activities, troubleshoot issues, and push automation and data analytics to improve throughput and test coverage.

Requires 8+ years in manufacturing test and a BS in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Mechanical engineering, plus the ability to obtain US DoD clearance. Proficiency with LabVIEW, Linux (Ubuntu, NixOS) and PCBA testing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing test experience.
• Experience with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assemblies testing and test equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD clearance.
• Strong root cause analysis skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own production test activities and troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Maintain test capabilities across the value stream and process validation.
• Improve automation, test coverage, and cycle time.
• Create work instructions and train technicians on equipment.
• Develop failure-mode libraries with troubleshooting guides.
• Determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engg teams.
• Analyze test data and report findings for quality improvements.
• Support early-stage test design for NPI.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment; drive continuous improvement.
