Job summary

Anduril Industries in California is seeking a Senior RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our Electromagnetic Warfare team. You will own production test flow and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure high-quality, throughputs, and reliable hardware delivery.

You’ll develop automation, refine test methods, collaborate with Design/Quality/Manufacturing teams, and maintain calibration of test equipment. US DoD clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies.
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment and measurement sensors.
• Strong root cause analysis skills of non-conforming hardware.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with PLM/MES/TES systems.
• Experience working on integration of electrical, mechanical, and software/firmware systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensure production test flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues found during testing.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream.
• Improve automation, throughput, and test coverage.
• Develop test work instructions and train technicians.
• Develop library of common failure modes with guides.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions (RCCA).
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Eng teams.
• Provide feedback to early-stage test design (NPI).
• Analyze test data and generate detailed reports.
• Collaborate with design engineers for product enhancements.
• Optimize test strategies and maintain test equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and testing execution.
