Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, RF Manufacturing Test Engineering to lead the EW Manufacturing Test team in Irvine. The role focuses on strategic oversight of production test systems and ensuring throughput targets are met across the portfolio.

You will guide test strategy, collaborate with SEIT and development engineering for design-for-testability, and drive automation, data analytics, and ROI-driven equipment acquisitions. A strong background in RF/test is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• 2+ years in people management of manufacturing test teams.
• Experience with Linux, LabVIEW, Python/C# and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team and set objectives.
• Improve test strategy for scalable production across products.
• Collaborate with design teams for testability and production integration.
• Lead automation, data analytics, and equipment upgrades in testing.
• Maintain test capabilities from full system checkouts to component-level validation.
