Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Test Engineer to drive RF test strategy and validation across development and manufacturing sites. You will own test coverage, deploy automated systems, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to troubleshoot failures and ensure product quality.

Role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing tests or RF validation, with Python/LabVIEW/MATLAB skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing tests, RF validation, or hardware/system integration.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in the testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies.
• Familiarity with Python, LabVIEW and/or MATLAB for data parsing and data visualization.
• Strong root cause analysis skills of non-conforming hardware.

Responsibilities

• Validation of automated test systems and deployment to manufacturing lines.
• Own RF test strategy and coverage for EW systems across development and manufacturing.
• Drive improvements in RF test architecture, scalability, and production readiness.
• Create, maintain electrical test systems through the full lifecycle of development, implementation, scaling, and refinement.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to improve automation, consistency, and coverage.
• Document test plans, user instructions and manuals.
• Execute testing as required.
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Work with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams to support customer returns and failure analysis.
• Disposition production materials on hold and take corrective actions to troubleshoot processes to support new product integration.
• Validate through regression testing when issues and corrective actions are resolved.
• Train technicians on equipment use as required.
