Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to own test activities across the manufacturing value stream, drive improvements in test automation, throughput and data analytics for cutting-edge defense hardware.

You will lead test system enhancements, troubleshoot PCBA testing, and collaborate across design, quality and manufacturing teams to ensure robust test coverage and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS
• Experience with contract manufacturers in testing of PCBA and electronic assemblies
• Thorough knowledge of PCBA testing standards and methods; familiarity with electronics test equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition)
• Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware
• Experience with PLM systems, MES, and TES
• Experience working on projects integrating electrical, mechanical, and software/firmware systems
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD security clearance

Responsabilités

• Own test activities in production to meet quality and throughput requirements
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolve complex electrical issues discovered during testing of PCBA and electronic assemblies
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to enhance automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage across system-level checkouts, acceptance testing, and component-level validation
• Generate test work instructions for technician teams in MES, train technicians on equipment use, and develop failure mode libraries with troubleshooting guides
• Perform root cause analysis of product failures, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on customer returns and failure analysis
• Analyze test data and provide detailed reports to identify defects; optimize test strategies for efficiency while reducing test time without compromising quality
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute feedback to early-stage test design for new products (NPI)
