Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, RF Manufacturing Test Engineering to oversee testing across high-volume defense hardware. You will direct the test engineering team, shape test strategies, and drive automation, data analytics, and throughput while ensuring safety and quality in production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing test with emphasis on test engineering and sustainment.
• 2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test teams.
• Experience with Linux, C#, Python, NixOS, LabVIEW or equivalent test automation.
• Proficiency with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and testing standards (acceptance, EOL, ESS).

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team, set objectives, guide initiatives, and assess outcomes.
• Improve the manufacturing test strategy for scalable operations across products.
• Collaborate with SEIT and development engineering for design testability and production integration.
• Advance automation, standardization, and efficiency of testing processes.
• Maintain test capabilities across multiple products from system checkout to component validation.
• Lead procurement and ROI analyses for new test equipment.
