Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead test activities in EW manufacturing. You will ensure stringent testing standards, maximize throughputs, and push automation, interfaces, and data analytics improvements.

You'll collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and drive product excellence. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in manufacturing test, Linux/LabVIEW/NixOS experience, and the ability to obtain US DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiar with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in PCBA/electronic assemblies testing.
• Strong root cause analysis of non-conforming hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own production test flow and perform hands-on troubleshooting of complex electrical issues.
• Maintain test capabilities from system checkout to component validation.
• Enhance automation, test coverage, and overall throughput.
• Create work instructions for MES and train technicians.
• Develop failure mode libraries with troubleshooting guides.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions (RCCA).
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on returns and failures.
• Contribute to early-stage test design for NPIs and test data analytics.
• Analyze test data and generate reports highlighting defects and improvements.
• Work with design engineers to suggest product enhancements based on test results.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment for precision and reliability.
