Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team and set objectives.
• Improve and scale the manufacturing test strategy across products.
• Collaborate with design and product teams for testability and production integration.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve throughput, uniformity, and data analytics.
• Maintain test capabilities across systems from equipment checkout to component validation.
• Analyze test data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate strategic plans to stakeholders and scale from pre-production to mass production.
• Oversee procurement and ROI analysis for new test equipment.
• Champion safety, cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity in testing.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability in engineering.
• Serve as technical authority on manufacturing test challenges.
