Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness team. You will oversee production test flow, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and ensure throughput targets while shipping high-quality radar products.

You’ll push automation and data analytics to improve test methods, collaborate with design and quality teams, and develop robust test documentation for MES. This role requires hands-on testing and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing test and product sustainment experience.
• Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu and PCBA testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Own production test activities and troubleshoot PCB hardware.
• Improve automation, throughput, and test coverage across the value stream.
• Develop test instructions for MES and train technicians on equipment use.
• Analyze test data, document results, and report defects.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
