Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA is seeking a Manager, RF Manufacturing Test Engineering to lead the EW Manufacturing Test team and drive test strategy for high‑volume defense hardware. You will oversee production test programs, improve automation, and ensure rigorous validation from pre‑production to full‑scale output.

You will lead a skilled group, collaborate with SEIT and design engineering for testability, and implement analytics to drive improvements while upholding safety and quality.

Competenze

• 8+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering.
• Experience with test automation and RF/electronic testing.

Mansioni

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team and set objectives.
• Improve the test strategy for scalable production across products.
• Collaborate with SEIT and development for design testability.
• Lead advancements in automation and process throughput.
