Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to design and develop RF circuits and systems for satellite and aerospace applications. You will drive board-level schematic design, PCB layout, and system-level concepts such as link budgets and modulation schemes for phased array fronts‑ends.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with RF hardware across the development lifecycle, from concept through testing, qualification, and in-orbit support, and strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• BS or MS in EE from an accredited university.
• 5 years in RF electronics design, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CST, ADS and Altium tools.
• Hands-on with VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF circuits and systems from concept to testing.
• Design board-level schematics and PCB layouts for RF front-ends.
• Analyze link budgets, modulation schemes, and phased array components.
• Present design reviews to customers and executives.
• Collaborate on proposals and documentation.
