Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to lead RF hardware design for satellites, aerospace platforms, and airborne systems. You will drive RF circuits from concept through manufacturing, including RF front-ends, frequency converters, and phased-array elements.

The role requires strong schematic design, PCB layout, and hands-on lab skills with VNA, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams, create design validation materials, and support

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years in RF electronics design, analysis, test, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CST, ADS, and Altium.
• Hands-on with vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Design RF circuits and systems through all phases of development.
• Create block diagrams, detailed schematics, and PCB layouts for RF front-ends, mixers, filters, and antennas.
• Present design reviews to customers and leadership; contribute to proposals.
