Job summary

CesiumAstro seeks a Senior RF Engineer to design RF circuits and systems for satellites, UAVs, and aerospace platforms. You will work on board-level schematic design, PCB layout, and system concepts like link budgets and modulation schemes.

The role involves RF front-ends, synthesizers, filters, beamformers, and phased array antennas, from concept through testing and in-orbit support, with an emphasis on quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• 5 years of industry experience in RF electronics design, analysis, test, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with professional simulation tools CST and ADS and EDA tools like Altium.
• Hands-on with lab instruments: vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF circuits and systems through all development phases.
• Create schematic diagrams and PCB layouts for RF front-ends, mixers, and antennas.
• Present design reviews to customers and leadership; contribute to proposals.
