Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Senior RF Product Engineer to support the development of complex RF products and radar systems in an onsite Tucson, AZ environment.

You will lead RF hardware teams, coordinate with project management and suppliers, and ensure performance, cost, and schedule alignment in a fast-paced setting. Collaboration with government customers is expected.

Qualifications

• STEM degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience leading RF hardware development.
• Experience with supplier oversight and RF/Radar hardware.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead RF hardware development teams.
• Oversee RF/Radar subsystems development.
• Ensure technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment.
• Provide supplier interface for design, build, delivery, and issue resolution.
