The role emphasizes technical leadership, supplier oversight, and ability to guide programs from conception to production, with opportunities to work across RF subsystems and AESAs, antennas, and radomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant RF experience.
• Experience leading RF hardware teams and managing suppliers.
• Knowledge of RF/Radar hardware development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a development team for RF hardware such as transmitters, receivers, and exciters.
• Oversee RF hardware subsystems, AESAs, antennas, radomes, and related components.
• Ensure technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment across programs.
• Provide technical management and oversight of suppliers, including design, build, deliveries and issue resolution.
