Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior RF Product Engineer to lead the development of RF hardware and radar systems in a fast-paced, budget- and schedule-critical environment.

You will organize and guide RF teams, manage suppliers, and collaborate with project management to deliver high-performance RF solutions meeting mission requirements. A STEM degree with relevant experience is required, plus security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, or an advanced STEM degree with 3+ years.
• Experience leading RF/hardware development and supplier oversight.
• Experience with RF/Radar hardware design, testing, and requirements validation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead RF hardware development teams and ensure performance, cost, and schedule goals.
• Oversee suppliers, interfacing on design, build, deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project management and multi-disciplinary teams to meet client requirements.
