Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years in RF hardware development.
• Advanced degree in STEM preferred.
• Experience leading RF hardware teams and managing suppliers.
• Knowledge of RF/Radar design, testing, and validation.
• Familiar with cost/schedule management and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead RF hardware development teams.
• Oversee transmitter/receiver/CCA design and testing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on design, build, and deliveries.
