Qualifications

• Degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics with 5+ years' experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead RF hardware development teams (CCAs, AESAs, antennas, radars).
• Ensure technical performance, cost and schedule alignment.
• Oversee suppliers from design through delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project management and multi-disciplinary teams.
