Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior RF Product Engineer to support the development of complex RF products and radar systems. This onsite role is based in Tucson, AZ, and requires strong technical leadership to organize RF hardware teams and collaborate with project management and multi-disciplinary engineers to deliver high‑performance solutions.

You will oversee supplier interfaces, ensure performance against cost and schedule, and work to obtain the required interim clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant RF hardware/RF development or radar experience
• Strong leadership and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead RF hardware development teams (CCAs, RF subsystems)
• Coordinate with project management to track cost and schedule
• Interface with suppliers and ensure design, build and delivery quality
