Job summary

RTX, the world\'s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior RF Product Engineer to lead RF hardware and radar subsystem development at our Tucson site. The role requires strong technical leadership, collaboration with project management, and supplier oversight to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.

You will organize a cross-functional team, work on AESAs, CCAs, transmitters/receivers, radar subsystems, and engage with government customers.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience leading project tasks and tracking cost & schedule (Earned Value Management).
• Oversight of RF hardware suppliers and RF/Radar hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a development team for RF hardware (CCAs, transmitters, receivers, AESAs).
• Ensure technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment across programs.
• Provide technical management and supplier oversight from design to delivery.
