Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior RF Product Engineer to support the development of RF and Radar systems in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment in Tucson, AZ. The role requires strong technical leadership and collaboration with project management and multi-disciplinary teams to drive RF product development efforts on-site.

You will organize teams, oversee RF hardware (CCAs, antennas, radars), manage suppliers, and ensure performance, cost, and schedule targets for critical DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following.
• Experience leading engineering projects from conception through transition to production.
• Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
