Job summary
Raytheon seeks an experienced RF design engineer for an onsite Tucson role focused on RF hardware for DoD programs. You will design transmitters, receivers, and exciters, develop CCAs with RF/mixed signals, and perform lab characterization and integration to meet strict military specifications.
The position requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of RF design experience, plus ability to obtain interim DoD clearance and potentially security access. Relocation may be offered based on eligibility.
