Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a product engineer to develop RF/microwave MMICs for communications and defense applications. The role involves GaAs/GaN MMIC design, EM simulations, and thermal analysis using ADS, Momentum, RFPro, Sonnet, and other tools.

A PhD/MA in EE with RF/microwave focus and 10+ years' experience is expected, with US citizenship or green card required. Remote opportunities may be possible for the right person.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience in RF/microwave engineering.
• Experience with GaAs and GaN technologies and MMIC design.
• Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques.
• Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with PA linearization and efficiency improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF/microwave MMICs, including LNA/Driver/Power Amplifier designs.
• Perform layout, EM simulation, and thermal analysis for MMICs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to meet specs.
