The ideal candidate has an MSEE/PhD in EE with 10+ years of experience, US citizenship or green card, and hands-on proficiency with Cadence, ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro, and RF/microwave test equipment.

Qualifications

• MSEE/PhD in EE with RF/microwave background and 10+ years of experience.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Experience with GaAs and GaN MMIC design and layout.
