Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in RF/microwave engineering.
  • MS/PhD in EE with RF/microwave background strongly preferred.
  • U.S. citizen or green card holder as a requirement for access to data.
  • Experience with GaAs and GaN technologies, MMIC design and layout, and EM simulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop RF/microwave MMICs (GaAs/GaN) for communications, test & measurement, industrial and defense applications.
  • Collaborate with top RF/microwave professionals to advance MMIC designs and process technologies.
  • Operate and interpret RF/microwave test equipment and measurements.
