Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a senior Amplifier MMIC Design Engineer to develop world-class RF/microwave GaAs and GaN LNA/Driver/Power MMICs for Communications, Test & Measurement, Industrial, and Aerospace & Defense applications. The role provides exposure to top RF/microwave professionals and advanced EDA tools.

The position requires US citizenship or a green card and offers collaboration in a team-focused environment with cutting-edge design projects.

Qualifications

  • MSEE/PhD in EE with 10+ years of RF/microwave engineering experience.
  • US citizen or green card holder status required.
  • Proficiency with EDA tools: Cadence, ADS, AWR, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro.

Responsibilities

  • Develop RF/microwave MMICs (GaAs/GaN) for MMICs and LNA/Driver/Power amps.
  • Collaborate with RF/microwave professionals to drive design and testing.
  • Evaluate device physics and modeling for high-performance MMICs.
