Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Product Engineer to advance RF/microwave MMIC designs used in communications and measurement systems. The role involves developing GaAs/GaN MMICs, validating designs with electromagnetic simulations, and collaborating with senior RF personnel.

The ideal candidate holds an MSEE/PhD in EE with 10+ years of experience in RF/microwave engineering, and is eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with GaAs and/or GaN MMIC design, layout, and EDA tools.
• MSEE/PhD in EE with RF/microwave background; 10+ years preferred.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF/microwave MMICs for GaAs/GaN technologies.
• Collaborate with top RF/microwave engineers to design and validate MMICs.
• Support product development across Communications, Test & Measurement, Industrial, and Aerospace/Defense.
