Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA is seeking an RF/Microwave Amplifier MMIC Design Engineer to develop world-class GaAs/GaN MMICs for LNA, driver and power amplification. You will work with top RF/microwave professionals, applying EM simulation, layout, and test techniques.

Qualifications include a degree in EE (BSEE/MSEE/PhD) and 0–3 years of experience, with strong knowledge of GaAs/GaN physics and RF test equipment. US citizenship or green card required.

Qualifications

  • Experience with GaAs and/or GaN, MMIC design and layout.
  • Proficiency with EM simulation, thermal analysis and industry standard EDA tools.
  • Background in RF/microwave engineering and related academic studies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop RF/microwave MMICs including LNA/Driver/Power configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance designs from concept to test.
  • Apply EM simulation, layout and testing to achieve performance targets.
