Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff RF/Microwave Amplifier MMIC Design Engineer to develop world-class GaAs/GaN LNA/Driver/Power MMICs for Communications, Test & Measurement, Industrial, and Aerospace applications.

You will work with leading RF engineers, perform simulations, and validate designs using state-of-the-art test equipment. Requirements include 7+ years in RF/microwave, MSEE/PhD (or equivalent), US citizenship or green card, and proficiency with Cadence, ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet,

Qualifications

• MSEE/PhD in EE with RF/microwave focus; 7+ years' experience.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Proficiency with Cadence, ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF/microwave GaAs/GaN MMICs and related circuits.
• Perform EM simulations, layout, and thermal analysis for MMICs.
• Validate designs with RF test equipment and measurements.
