Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an Amplifier MMIC Design Engineer to advance RF/microwave GaAs/GaN MMICs for Communications, Test & Measurement, Industrial, and Aerospace & Defense. You will work with top RF/microwave professionals to develop LNA/Driver/Power Amplifier MMICs and solve complex design challenges.

Requirements include 7+ years in RF/microwave design, an MSEE/PhD in EE, and proficiency with Cadence, ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, and RFPro. U.S.

Qualifications

MSEE/PhD in EE with RF/microwave background; 7+ years experience.
US citizen or green card holder required.
Proficiency with Cadence, ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro.
Knowledge of GaAs and/or GaN device physics and modeling.
Knowledge of PA linearization and efficiency enhancement is a plus.
Microwave/millimeter-wave circuit/system design experience.
Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques.
Excellent teamwork and communications skills.

Responsibilities

Develop RF/microwave MMICs (LNA/Driver/Power Amplifier) using GaAs/GaN technologies.
Collaborate with senior RF/microwave professionals to deliver world-class MMICs.
