Qualifications

• MSEE/PhD in EE with RF/microwave focus, minimum 10+ years of industry experience.
• U.S. citizen or green card holder.
• Proficiency with Cadence, ADS, AWR, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro.
• Knowledge of GaAs and/or GaN device physics and modeling.
• Microwave/millimeter-wave circuit/system design experience.
• Experience with RF/microwave test equipment and measurements.
• Excellent teamwork and communications skills.
