Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA, seeks a highly skilled RF/Microwave engineer to support development of Transmit/Receive modules and AESA subsystems. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong microwave measurement skills, and proficiency with Keysight ADS, MATLAB Simulink, CST, or HFSS. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in STEM field; 5+ years RF/Microwave experience.
Experience with RF/Microwave, T/R module, or antenna products.
Proficiency with Keysight ADS or MATLAB Simulink.
Experience with RF modeling tools CST or Ansys HFSS.

Responsibilities

Support development of Transmit/Receive modules and antenna subsystems.
Perform analysis, verification, troubleshooting, and testing of RF/microwave sub-components.
Use microwave measurements, verification techniques, and RF simulation tools/test equipment.
Present technical content to peers, program leadership, and customers, and contribute to technical strategy.
