Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an electrical engineer with strong RF design and AESA experience. You will design and test microwave components and phased arrays, lead design activities, and collaborate with production teams in onsite environments across MA locations.

A solid academic background in microwave theory and hands-on testing is required. Ideal candidates have experience with HFSS, Cadence Virtuoso and Matlab, plus the ability to communicate findings clearly and

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant RF design experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with Microwave/RF system analysis, design and test.
• Proficiency in HFSS/ADS/CST and Cadence Virtuoso tools.

Responsibilities

• Design RF/microwave components and phased array systems for defense applications.
• Lead testing and integration of CCAs, MMICs and modules at RF frequencies.
• Provide technical support to production and program teams.
• Prepare proposals, manage costs and schedules, and present results to stakeholders.
• Travel to integration sites and partner facilities as needed.
