RTX's Antenna and Microwave Department is seeking a Senior Antenna and Microwave Engineer to advance RF/Microwave designs, AESAs, and CCAs testing. Lead design, integration, and testing of microwave components and phased array systems, with opportunities in proposal writing and schedule management.

The role is onsite in Teweekhsbury, MA and requires a BS in STEM plus at least five years of relevant experience, with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least five years of relevant experience, with preferred experience in RF/microwave design, phased arrays, and AESAs.
• Experience designing and testing RF/microwave components and phased array systems is required.
• Familiarity with CCAs, frequency conversion, and analog/digital interface considerations is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
• Integrate and test component- and system-level phased array hardware.
• Travel to integration sites and customer/subcontractor facilities may be required.
