RTX Corporation seeks an electrical engineer to apply RF design theory to AESA systems and microwave components, with hands-on testing. You will work on CCAs, AESA architectures, and provide production support. Onsite roles in MA (Andover, Tewksbury, Marlborough) are assigned by program needs.

Ideal candidates have strong EM knowledge, HFSS/ADS/CST/Genesys/Virtuoso tools, and a solid MATLAB background, with potential travel to sites and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in Microwave/RF system analysis, design and testing.
• Proficient in electromagnetic simulation tools and Matlab.
• Experience with RF calculations and Cascaded Analysis.

Responsabilités

• Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
• Develop insights in RF/Microwave theory to inform new concepts.
• Design/test MMIC or module products and test fixtures at RF/microwave frequencies.
• Integrate and test component and system level phased array hardware.
• Travel to integration sites and customer/subcontractor facilities may be required.
