Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior RF Product Engineer to support the development of complex RF and Radar systems onsite in the United States. You will lead RF hardware development efforts and coordinate with project management and suppliers to meet mission requirements.

This role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience. DoD Secret clearance eligibility is required, and relocation assistance plus a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience leading RF hardware development and supplier oversight.
• Experience with RF/Radar hardware design and testing.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead an RF hardware development team.
• Oversee RF hardware subsystems including CCAs, AESAs, antennas, and radomes.
• Ensure technical performance, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with project management and multidisciplinary teams.
