Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior RF Product Engineer to lead the development of RF hardware and radar systems in a fast-paced, defense-focused environment. You will organize teams, work with suppliers, and ensure performance, cost, and schedule alignment.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive RF/Radar experience, and the ability to interface with government customers. Travel may be required, and relocation is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience leading product teams and EVMS.
• Experience RF/Radar hardware development and supplier oversight.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a development team for RF hardware including CCAs, AESAs, antennas, and radomes.
• Ensure technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment.
• Provide technical management and oversight of suppliers and design/build/deliveries.
• Collaborate with project management and multi-disciplinary teams to meet requirements.
