Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 10+ years experience or advanced degree with 7+ years
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Understanding of RF designs and related technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the RF electrical engineering execution for programs and IR&D projects
• Set clear team goals and communicate expectations
• Oversee direct line management, performance, and talent development
• Support department- and SBU-level initiatives
• Ensure adherence to policies and resolve personnel issues
