Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager of Electrical Engineering to lead the Electrical Engineering section within RCP Hardware Technologies. You will drive mission-critical RF electrical efforts for internal and externally funded programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and program success.

The role requires building high-performing teams, setting clear goals, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating cross-functional work across Mission Systems

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the RF electrical engineering execution for internal/external programs and IR&D projects.
Set and communicate clear, measurable team goals.
Oversee direct line management for the section including performance and development.
Support department and SBU initiatives and ensure policy adherence.
Drive innovation through collaboration with customers and partners.
