Job summary

RTX Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking an electrical engineer specializing in RF design and microwave systems. This onsite role requires a DoD Secret clearance and active U.S. citizenship, with assignments in Andover, Tewksbury, or Marlborough.

You will design and test RF/microwave components and phased array applications, support production, manage cost and schedule, and contribute to proposals. Some travel to integration sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant RF/Microwave experience.
• Experience with microwave/RF system, subsystem and/or component analysis, design or test.
• Proficient with HFSS/ADS/CST/Genesys and Cadence/Virtuoso; Matlab skills.
• Strong RF calculations and cascaded analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and test RF microwave components and phased array applications.
• Provide technical support to production activities.
• Lead cost and schedule management and proposal writing.
• Some travel to integration sites may be required.
